The metal grid is intended to replace the aluminum by means of a pre-drilled plate.
We recommend you not to use the Kamin Set with standard coals but preferably wtih natural coals.
You thus preserve the true spirit of your bowl and keep full control of the heat provided by the grid of the grid.
