Hookah Concept Bowl & Stem

The bowl-stem is an accessory designed originally for Nemesis hookahs of the Hookah Concept brand. This downstem has a bowl at the top, and it's equipped with a diffuser equipped with a diffuser.

It is made of laboratory grade glass. The XL bowl is compatible with Kaloud Lotus heat management systems.

The bowl-stem may also be used to replace the original long FUMO downstems.The bowl-stem will thus allow you to use a Kaloud Lotus on your FUMO hookah!
