Protection of Personal Data

The internet user may be required to provide certain personal data (name, surname, email address, phone number, ...) when responding to the forms offered to him, especially for the purpose of placing an order and creating a customer account. The entry of this data is necessary for the processing of the internet user's request by the company Darna, and will also allow the latter to carry out its commercial and promotional operations (newsletter registration, ...).

The data collected is never transmitted to third parties unless the customer has given their prior consent and provided that the third parties have clearly undertaken to comply with all the provisions of the amended Law of January 6, 1978.

The company DARNA complies with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, as amended in 2004, as well as the European Regulation on data protection. The company Darna undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the personal information entrusted. No personally identifiable information will be disclosed to third-party companies without the prior and informed consent of the internet user.

The internet user may exercise their right of access, rectification, deletion or opposition at any time with regard to the information provided during registration or subsequently, with the company DARNA, by postal mail to the company's headquarters or by email to the address contact@darnashop.fr

Cookies
