Unless otherwise stated, the products presented on the website are in stock. We make every effort to have your order handed over to the carrier as quickly as possible. Our priority? Ensuring that you receive your items in perfect condition. Therefore, we provide careful packaging and multiple layers of wrapping to protect your order from any damage. If, unfortunately, the package arrives damaged, please remember to make the necessary reservations with the carrier (see Terms and Conditions). Your packages are shipped from Monday to Friday. If you place an order after 3 PM, your order will be shipped on the next business day (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays). Home Delivery in Metropolitan France by Chronopost:

Chronopost home delivery allows you to have your items delivered to the address of your choice from Monday to Saturday. Once the package is shipped by our team, you can find the tracking number in your customer area under the order history section, which will allow you to track your package on the Chronopost website. The price for express home delivery is set at 9.90 euros including tax per shipment, regardless of the order amount or weight. Take advantage of this opportunity to fill your cart; you won't pay more if you order more items!
The indicative delivery time for your Chronopost home delivery in France is 24 working hours. Chronopost maintains a 96% adherence to this delivery time. In the event that Chronopost requires additional time to complete the delivery, no compensation or reimbursement can be requested, as the delivery time is only indicative and does not have a contractual nature.
Express delivery. For Corsica, express home delivery by Chronopost incurs an additional fee of 19.40 euros. Please note that Darnashop DOES NOT DELIVER to military postal facilities (HUB ARMEES). If you request a shipment to a military postal facility, the package will be returned to us by Chronopost and will incur a fee of 9.90 euros for redelivery to another address or 15 euros for return shipping in case of cancellation.

Delivery to Pickup Points in Metropolitan France by Chronopost:

Because we know that you are eager to receive your order, Darnashop offers you an express AND economical delivery solution with Chronopost pickup point delivery. This delivery method allows you to have your items delivered within 24 working hours from Monday to Saturday to the pickup point of your choice. Just as fast as home delivery, Chronopost pickup point delivery costs only 6.90 euros and will be offered by Darnashop for purchases over 60 euros. It's a quick and affordable solution to receive your orders!

For Corsica, express pickup point delivery by Chronopost incurs an additional fee of 19.40 euros. However, the delivery remains free, and you only pay the Corsican supplement caused by air delivery.

Home Delivery in Europe by Chronopost:

If you reside in Europe in one of the countries mentioned above and you wish to have your items delivered to your home, Darnashop offers express delivery via Chronopost, guaranteeing delivery within a maximum of 72 hours after the package is deposited by us. In many cases, such as Belgium or Germany, delivery is completed within 24 hours! Once your order is confirmed, you can find the tracking number in your customer area under the order history section, which will allow you to track your package on the Chronopost website or the Post Office website dedicated to parcels. The price for Chronopost home delivery in Europe is set at 8 euros including tax per shipment.

Pickup Point Delivery in Europe by Chronopost:

Managed by Chronopost, this delivery method allows you to retrieve your order from a pickup point near you within a maximum of 72 working hours after the package is shipped by us, and within 24 hours in most cases, such as Belgium or Germany! Once your order is confirmed, you can find the tracking number in your customer area under the order history section, which will allow you to track your package. The price for Chronopost pickup point delivery in Europe is only 6 euros including tax per shipment, and delivery is free for purchases over 40, 60, or 80 euros depending on the country! If you reside outside Metropolitan France (French Overseas Territories and outside the EU)

Worldwide Delivery with Chronopost International:

Thanks to our privileged partnership with Chronopost, Darnashop is able to deliver to any location worldwide, regardless of your country of residence. Delivery through Chronopost International ensures that we can deliver to you wherever you are. The delivery fee depends on your country of residence and the weight of your order. To know the applicable fee for your destination, create an account and select your desired country. The shipping fees will be automatically calculated based on the content (and therefore the weight) of your order. Once your order is confirmed by us, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment. You can track it in real-time on the Chronopost website.

In-Store Pickup at Darnashop Lille:

If you are located near the Lille metropolitan area, visiting Lille for a few days, you have the option to pick up your items directly at Darnashop on Rue du Priez, avoiding delivery fees. Simply select "in-store pickup" during your order, and you can come by to collect your items, bringing a valid ID and your order number.
