Warning:

This concentrate should not be vaped directly. It is designed to be diluted in a DIY base. You can add nicotine boosters if desired, but never use it pure.

Dosage:

It is recommended to use around 10% of concentrated flavor in a 50/50 PG/VG base for optimal results. The dosage may vary slightly depending on the VG content of your base.

• For a 30 PG/70 VG base: 13% or 39 drops per 10 ml of base
• For a 50 PG/50 VG base: 10% or 30 drops per 10 ml of base
• For a 70 PG/30 VG base: 7% or 21 drops per 10 ml of base
• For a 100% VG base: 15% or 45 drops per 10 ml of base

Two methods are possible for dosing the flavors:

• In number of drops
• In percentage or milliliters

Good to know:

1 ml of flavor corresponds to approximately 30 drops. For example, for a 10% dosage in a 10 ml base, you should add 1 ml or 30 drops of flavor.

Steeping:

The recommended steeping time varies depending on the composition of the base:

• 70 PG/30 VG: 4 days
• 50 PG/50 VG: 4 days
• 100 VG: 6 days

Prepare your e-liquid:

Required ingredients:

• A ready-to-use base
• One or more concentrated flavors
• Optional: an additive (to adjust sweetness, sourness, or add a candy effect, etc.)

Required equipment:

• A 10 to 30 ml syringe for the base
• A 1 ml syringe for the flavors
• Plastic or glass bottles of 5 ml, 10 ml, or 30 ml
• Latex gloves
• Safety glasses

Preparation steps:

1. Wash your hands and set up on a clean workspace out of children's reach.
2. Using a syringe or pipette, fill an empty bottle with the ready-to-use base (e.g., for 10 ml of e-liquid: pour 8 ml of base, the remaining 2 ml will be used for the flavor and additive).
3. If handling a base containing nicotine, use gloves and safety glasses.
4. Shake the flavor bottles before use.
5. Add the recommended amount of flavor (refer to the dosage recommendations).
6. If necessary, add an additive.
7. Shake the bottle vigorously for 10 to 20 seconds and let it rest to allow the flavors to develop.
8. Wash your hands again and clean your equipment and workspace.
9. Write down your recipe to reproduce or share it.

Steeping:

Steeping allows the flavors to fully integrate with the e-liquid base. This process takes:

• A minimum of 15 days, or several weeks, for tobacco flavors.
• A minimum of 48 hours for other types of flavors.
  To optimize the result, shake the bottle once the preparation is finished, and then shake it daily. Note that the higher the vegetable glycerin content, the longer the steeping time.

Tasting:

Once steeping is complete, your e-liquid is ready to taste. If the flavor is too weak, add a few drops of flavor and let it rest for at least 48 hours. If the flavor is too strong, dilute with more base.

• Overdosed: Add more base to dilute
• Under-dosed: Add a few drops of flavor

Tips:

• Start by using only one flavor before making blends.
• Optional additives are potent; use them sparingly (between 1% and 3% of the mixture).
• Label your preparations with essential information (flavors, dosage, nicotine level, manufacture date).
• For new recipes, use 10 ml bottles but with a reduced volume (5 ml) to facilitate adjustments.
• Respect the steeping time. To speed it up, you can add a drop of white vinegar or leave the bottle open a few hours a day while shaking it occasionally to encourage oxidation.
