REBEL: the next-generation heating system for maximum smoke

The REBEL is the brand-new heating system from BESKAR, specializing in the design of metal accessories for hookahs. Innovative and radically different from systems already on the market, the REBEL is a system that pursues two seemingly contradictory goals: to offer maximum smoke production while respecting the flavor of your tobacco. To achieve this feat, BESKAR decided to start from scratch by designing an entirely new system and rethinking air circulation and heat distribution, giving rise to an innovative accessory.

Unlike the majority of heating systems that are made up of assembled and screwed parts, the REBEL has been molded and machined from a single piece of aluminum. This ingenious technique eliminates the need for screws on the device and allows for the use of the entire interior surface of the heating system. When inserting your coals, you won't be hindered by the walls of the chamber and can insert up to 3 cubes of 27mm without the need to break them. Regardless of the desired heating intensity, you can easily assemble the natural charcoal cubes without effort and without the need to stack them. The monobloc nature of the REBEL ensures high resistance to wear, where screws are traditionally a weak point in heating systems.

To offer a completely new experience, Beskar has made specific technical developments regarding the air circulation of the REBEL by combining bottom air inlets and side openings. The structure at the bottom of the REBEL system has been designed to continuously supply oxygen to the coals to keep them burning. The operation of the REBEL can be described as an air current machine, ensuring that the heat from the coals is retained within the system while constantly stimulating the embers to remain active. Another secret of the intense heat of the Beskar Rebel lies in its heat transmitters located under the device. Always make sure to soak them in the tobacco; they are what will give you thick, white smoke!

Manipulating the lid is a real puzzle for all heating system designers. Most manufacturers have opted for a silicone handle system to manipulate the lid. However, this system is not very practical, as it's common for the handle to be hot and difficult to hold despite the silicone. Additionally, this material is not aesthetically pleasing and detracts from the system's design. Beskar has solved this problem with an extremely simple but incredibly practical technical solution: the Rebel's lid has two notches for sliding your coal tongs to manipulate the lid. We've tested it with dozens of different tongs, and it works every time! Simple yet ingenious!

To preserve your Beskar REBEL heating system and ensure its perfect longevity, it's essential to thoroughly dry it if you clean it with water. Do not leave your REBEL submerged in water for extended periods and carefully dry all parts of the system after washing. While your REBEL is designed to withstand the most extreme temperatures, it is not suited for humid environments!

So what is the difference between classic Tom Cococha Gold carbon and Tom Coco Gold C26? As its name suggests, the Tom Coco Gold C26 is a 26mm side cube while the standard version is a 25mm side cube. The C26 being bigger, it will offer an even more powerful and even longer heating.

This additional heat input will allow it to be used in many configurations (as a pair in a Kaloud Lotus or a Provost, by three pieces on a Brohood chimney, etc.) for smokers looking for power and long-lasting heating.

Like all the coals of the TOM Cococha brand, Tom Coco Gold C26 is a 100% natural coal, made from compacted coconut husks. It will therefore be necessary to have a significant heat source (natural coal or gas lighter) in order to light it.
