Double male hose adapter

The male double hose adapter is a piece that allows you to connect an additional hose to a female port on your hookah stem. It can also serve as a replacement adapter for the main connector. It can be used on MYA Vento, MYA Piccolo, MYA QT2, MYA Econo hookahs.

This adapter is particularly useful for fitting a large-bore hose to a Mini MYA (as a replacement for the main adapter which is too small).
