Hookah Concept Multi-Bowl Downstem

The multi-bowl rod is an accessory designed originally for Nemesis hookahs of the Hookah Concept brand. This downstem allows you to fit any bowl you want on Nemesis hookahs using a bowl grommet.

The multi-bowl downstem is equipped with a diffuser. It has a length of 25cm.

The multi-bowl downstem may also be used to replace the original long downstems on FUMO models. You can then put the bowl of your choice on your FUMO hookah and continue to enjoy a downstem with a diffuser without needing to use a grommet to secure it. This little trick will allow you to use original setups while keeping the design and style of your hookah.
